Booth Prices and Show Information
Fees & Payment
$1195 per 10’
x 10’
$100 for corner booths
Island booths (open
on all 4 sides, must be a minimum of (4) 10’ x 10’ booths)
Call for island pricing information.
$500 deposit per 10’
x 10’ is required upon receipt of the completed booth application.
All balances on booth are due by December 31, 2004
All deposit fees are non refundable after September 30, 2004 and all cancellations
must be submitted in writing to HBAM. (Deposits and monies paid after
December 31, 2004 will not be refunded, even if space is resold.

Show Special
All exhibitors
in Builder Mart must be a member of Home Builders Association of Maryland
in good standing.
This is a one time
special and only available
to new members.
$1595 includes (1) 10’ x 10’ booth and one year HBAM membership.
Exhibitor Tickets
If exhibitors purchase 25 tickets or more, tickets will be granted the
$27 per ticket fee. All booth personnel must have a ticket to enter the
show and work the booth. Two show tickets come with each 10’ x 10’
booth. If purchasing less than 25 tickets and ordering before March 4,
2005, price will be $37 per ticket.

Show Promotion
The Builder Mart
magazine is 4 color and showcases the exhibitors and current industry
technology. Mailed in
advance of the show to over 3000
prospective show attendees, it includes a product/service directory
of exhibitors, editorial pieces and pre-show information.
In addition
to
the magazine, an aggressive marketing campaign will be executed
to generate quality traffic to the Builder Mart. This will include
a direct
mail
brochure, fliers, advertising in surrounding area HBA newsletters,
HBAM website, direct mail postcard reminder and more.
Exhibitors
are encouraged
to promote the show to their customers and prospects. Complementary
fliers will be provided to the exhibitor per your request.
